To empower residents of neighborhoods and communities throughout the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and beyond to attain positive life skills and goals through programs, work force development, and partnerships that support healing, restoration, and social-economic models of successful 21st Century skill development, incorporating both their spiritual and natural growth.

CRYSTAL ARRINGTON

Embassy Community Collaborative, CEO

Crystal Arrington has earned degrees from Alverno College and Grace Theological Seminary. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Leadership & Development and an Associate’s degree in Theology. Professionally, she is a state of Wisconsin Licensed Realtor and has over 15 years’ experience in Property management of Conventional and Governmental housing. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys laughing with her friends and family, volunteering at the Embassy Center MKE, sharing her faith with women at shelters, and spending time with her husband of nearly twenty years, Dr. Marcus L. Arrington and their beautiful children- Jacen Marcel and Makaila Imani Arrington. Their family’s life motto is “We Don’t Quit!”
